All of our as-built 3D models are done on the basis of total station's observation and 3D laser scanning. The accuracy of our final 3D model starts from a few millimetres, depending on our client's requirements as well as level of detail. Using fitting algorithms we can convert point cloud into solid model, face model or mesh of any irregular objects. Mesh might be reduced and smoothed to save space without losing detail,
while solid and face models might be cut through to get 2D drawings such as: floor plans; sectional elevations; elevations. Amount of such extracted drawings from 3D model does not have a significant influence on final cost. Single parts of 3D model might be connected to external databases to get more possibilities of management of any important object.
