River Dunajec bridge Laser scanning
The project was commissioned to facilitate the renovation and rebuilding of the bridge in Dębno over the Dunajec river. That is why the scope was to provide a comprehensive point cloud of the structure. Therefore around 60 scan positions were chosen in order to produce a complete dataset.
The project was challenging, because in that environment the control and registration were particularly difficult. It was caused by dense vegetation covering both banks plus the obstacle of the river itself. 3Delings extensive experience in point cloud manipulation allowed us to solve the problem and produce a point cloud with 5mm density.
