3D Scanning of Siekierki Power Plant
A design and engineering studio commissioned 3D Scanning to aid in the installation of a new catalytic flue gas nitrogen removal plant (SCR), within the existing system of the Siekierki heat and power plant. More than 500 individual scans were recorded in extremely difficult conditions.
Ambient temperature within the plant reached 55-60 degrees Celsius. The final deliverable was a registered point cloud and TruView. Additionally, we provided training for the client’s staff in the use of point clouds.
