BIM Revit model of Villa Zgorzelec
This is one of a small number of projects created in BIM within the Polish Market. The building is a historic villa in need of major refurbishment. The client commissioned a comprehensive scan of the entire property along with a LOD3 BIM ready model delivered in Autodesk Revit.
From the Revit model, 2D sheets were extracted as required. Although not a particularly large property, the architectural detail involved made it a challenge, however, the end result was very satisfying.
